Director of Sales Enablement Technology

Eloise is a business-oriented technology professional with 25 years of experience in software development & implementations, project management, and organizational change management. She is a decisive, highly-motivated leader with a strong commitment to quality, continuous process improvement, and delivering results.  Eloise has 19 years of experience with Roche Diagnostics Corporation, including her current role as Director of Sales Enablement Technology. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience demonstrating her passion for leading large-scale IT initiatives and managing cross-functional & global teams.

At Roche, Eloise also serves as the Co-Lead for the African American Business Resource Group (AABRG) Partnership committee, and will ensure that Roche/AABRG continues to build a strategic relationship with MEPI – including the summer internship partnership for MEPI 12th grade students that was successfully launched in 2021.

Eloise grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, graduating from Broad Ripple High School. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
