Jody Roudebush has worked at Eli Lilly and Company since 2001 leading several areas of Lilly’s IT organization across ERP, infrastructure, and business application support. He has also been very involved with Lilly’s business development activities representing IT. Prior to Lilly, Jody worked for Ernst & Young as well as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young delivering ERP implementations to various clients. Jody is currently the Associate Vice President for IT Business & Workforce Services.

Born in Noblesville, Indiana, Jody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with concentrations in Operations Management & Computer Information Systems. Jody also played golf for Indiana University.

Jody is married to his wife, Leigh Ann, and they have two sons: Riley and Ethan. Jody and his family reside in Noblesville, Indiana.

Jody also serves on the Board of Elements Financial and the Tony Etchison Memorial Foundation.
