In 1991 she graduated from Howard University and moved to Indiana to start her engineering career at Eli Lilly and Company. She has more than 15 years of engineering experience including civil, mechanical, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, plant engineering, and preventative maintenance.

MEPI Involvement: Holli has served as a facilitator for the 7th and 12th-grade; facilitated the partnership with the National Society of Black Engineers: and lead efforts to coordinate the annual report and annual banquet.

Holli is married to Brian and their three children, Briana, Brailen, and Bradley all participated and completed the program.
