Neslihan “Nesli” Alp recently came to Indiana State as the Dean of the College of Technology. Previously she served as at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga as the associate dean of academic affairs and department head of engineering management and technology in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
Alp has 25 years of higher education experience, working in variety of administrative positions for the last 12 years.
She earned her Ph.D. in engineering management from the University of Missouri-Rolla as well as a Master of Science in industrial engineering and a bachelor’s in engineering management from 
Istanbul Technical University in Turkey.
